World Wide Engineering & Innovation (WWEI) is seeking an exceptional Sr. Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead execution of next-generation automation and sortation initiatives across the Middle Mile, last Mile, and SSD fulfillment network. This role will drive end-to-end program delivery for complex hardware and process automation programs, influencing both engineering development and operational deployment at scale.

The TPM will manage a diverse portfolio of initiatives including automated material handling systems, robotics solutions, and next-generation sort center designs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams spanning hardware engineering, operations, safety, finance, and vendor partners to deliver new builds, retrofits, and pilot-to-scale deployments.
