Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Teacher to lead early childhood education for children aged 2 to 4 years, fostering a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment using Montessori, Project Approach, and Thematic learning methods.
Responsibilities - Design and implement Montessori, Project Approach, and Thematic learning activities to promote holistic development for children aged 2 to 4 years
- Manage and support children with behavioural challenges using positive and respectful strategies to enhance their learning experience
- Create a warm, patient, and inclusive classroom environment that ensures safety and engagement for all children
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to support children’s progress and wellbeing
- Apply 10+ years of early childhood teaching experience to develop age-appropriate curriculum and learning outcomes
