JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Talent Specialist (STS) works to successfully recruit teammates to join Indium Corporation. By utilizing and maintaining the online recruitment system, the STS is able to successfully screen applicants and manage the application process. Additionally, the STS will assist the supervisor to successfully build pipelines of talent, including recruitment of exempt and non-exempt candidates as well as managing the internal and external application process. The STS is expected to implement best practices around recruitment and retention and will be responsible for training others on those practices regularly, to ensure that Indium Corporation upholds its commitment to hiring a talented and diverse workforce. Through those best practices, the STS will work with each plant to maintain equitable hiring practices.
