We are seeking a Senior Director, Talent Acquisition who will be a player-coach supporting our clients’ success by matching our brand with the best talent, while providing leadership and training to team members. Knowing the talent pipeline inside and out, you will continuously funnel “game-changers” to our Sales leaders and Talent Management counterparts with a targeted focus, a sense of urgency and a creative drive.

Base Pay Range: $125,000 - $160,000
