What You Need
Solid Linux and Windows Server administration experience
Hands‑on pf Sense firewall experience — non‑negotiable
Strong networking knowledge: VLANs, VPNs, routing, and Uni Fi
Microsoft Intune and M365 proficiency
Experience with backup, DR, security patching, and compliance
Good documentation habits and a governance‑minded approach
Clean criminal record (verification required)
What You'll Be Doing
Resolving incidents and service requests as the primary IT point of contact
Managing and maintaining Linux and Windows Server environments
Administering Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Configuring and maintaining networks — VLANs, VPNs, routing, and Uni Fi systems
Managing pf Sense firewalls and implementing security best practices
Maintaining backup solutions and executing disaster recovery plans
