Support both management and team members in the day-to-day running of the service To keep up to date with all communication/information systems. To support the preparation of review reports and attend reviews and other meetings as may be requested. To attend all training as required and be prepared to achieve qualifications appropriate to the role at any particular time as specified by the company.
