Our client has complex needs, including Cerebral Palsy, Global Developmental Delay, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities. The successful candidate must be confident driving a mobility vehicle, be a competent swimmer, and demonstrate a caring, reliable, and committed approach to support work.

This role offers the opportunity to join a small, supportive team of four care workers, working collaboratively to enable our client to live as independently and actively as possible.

What we offer

• Pay between £12.71 – £13.00 per hour, depending on experience
• 2-week rolling rota
• 48 hours per week, including a mixture of 12-hour day and night shifts
