Production Operations Leadership

• Serves as the primary leader for nightshift production operations, overseeing production execution, scheduling, and workflow to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time output targets are achieved.

Planning, Scheduling and Execution

• Assesses, plans and schedules production to ensure product availability and shipping requirements are met.

Operational Efficiency and Continuous Improvement

• Leads execution of scheduled work to maximize productivity, minimize cost, and improve quality. Accountable for department efficiency goals, tracking downtime, and developing and implementing improvement actions. Recommends changes to materials, workflows, and facilities to enhance operational effectiveness.
