Jacobs is seeking a Senior Substation Electrical Engineer - Power Systems and Equipment Discipline for our Boston, MA office. The Senior Substation Electrical Engineer will have the opportunity to lead the Substation Electrical Engineering discipline within our Transmission & Distribution Team and be responsible for the following:

o Timely and on-budget delivery of the design packages relevant to their discipline

o Responsible for the quality of the package relevant to their discipline

o Works on multiple projects at the same time

o Efficiently manages a group of engineers to achieve the above three goals

o Responsible for guiding and mentoring the junior staff

o Provides their expert input to the projects
