Description: A Structures Engineering Sr. Technical Leader job is currently available at Belcan in Windsor Locks, CT. This is a full time, direct job with full benefits. Great matching candidates will have experience leading a team of 8-12 people, a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline, and at least 5 years experience. In this role you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a structural engineering team as well as supporting technical projects for structural engineering tasks. You will also evaluate a wide variety of component designs utilizing advanced analytical and CAD tools. This includes turbo machinery components, mechanical systems & controls, and tooling & instrumentation within the aerospace industry.
