Key Responsibilities: - Lead multi-year strategic planning (2026–2030) aligned with D33 and UAE national agendas
- Design enterprise performance systems, KPIs, dashboards, and data‑driven insights
- Drive institutional transformation using AI, analytics, and smart customs technologies
- Conduct strategic research, foresight studies, and policy development
- Champion organizational excellence and change management
Requirements: - UAE National with Family Book (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Strategic Management, or related field
- Minimum 11 years’ experience in strategy, planning & institutional excellence
- Government / semi‑government background preferred
