Position Overview
Job Description
- Lead the development and implementation of software for battery management systems (BMS) for high-voltage, 48V, and 12V automotive applications
- Architect and design complex device drivers for BMS integrated circuits (ICs)
- Ensure and drive functional safety according to ISO 26262 standards across projects
- Serve as a key technical contact for OEMs and Tier-1 customers, managing customer-facing interactions and technical presentations
- Provide technical leadership in AUTOSAR-based software architectures and solutions
- Guide and mentor engineering teams, support customer projects, and deliver technical consulting
Qualifications
- Educated to a degree in Electroengineering, Computer Science or similar
- Several years of relevant professional experience
