Job Responsibilities - Perform and oversee clinical nursing duties, ensuring high standards of patient care
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve nursing practices and care quality
- Guide and supervise Enrolled Nurses and care staff, supporting their development
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure smooth and holistic patient care
- Ensure Nursing Care Plans (NCP) are updated and properly implemented
- Participate in clinical training, audits, and improvement initiatives
