The Sr Specialist Talent Acquisition will lead full cycle recruiting for key business-critical roles and for all professional & non-professional level roles. Full cycle recruiting includes candidate pipeline development, sourcing and assessment of candidates, ensuring a top-notch candidate experience, candidate calibration and offer development. This role will utilize a variety of sources for candidate generation including research (internal/external), networking, direct sourcing, internet recruiting, associations, advertising, industry events, employee referrals, community events and diverse organizations.
The role will utilize recruitment technology including applicant tracking systems, candidate resource management database, interview technology, and social platforms. The role will also oversee the offer and pre-employment process for all levels of recruitment.
