In this role, you will be accountable for compiling information, preparing presentations, and coordinating tasks with vendors and lines of business. The ideal candidate is highly organized and adaptable, able to support the most critical tasks required within the current phase of each project. Typically this role includes both corporate (head office) and distribution (sales) offices however this term role will be specifically focused on supporting the restack, renovation, moves & consolidation of teams within and between several downtown Toronto offices.

Reporting to the Senior Practice Manager, Real Estate Delivery, you will be assigned to
•Supporting program and project managers in the delivery of active projects (current focus of the role)
•Coordinating the delivery of smaller projects (under $1M), including moves/adds/changes and other minor initiatives (future responsibility as the role evolves)
