Position Overview
In this role, you will drive the implementation of AI and CRM technologies across HR, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You will act as a technical bridge between HR stakeholders and IT, ensuring scalable, compliant, and user‑centric solutions that support the full employee lifecycle.
+ Design and manage autonomous AI‑enabled workflows to enhance HR self‑service and employee experience
+ Build and deploy AI models using Microsoft Power Platform (including AI Builder) for document processing, data extraction, and analytics
+ Lead the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support HR CRM use cases
+ Maintain CRM governance, security controls, and compliance with global data privacy regulations
+ Manage omnichannel HR support capabilities (chat, call, case management) within CRM
