We are seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to join our Operations Team at APL Logistics, a global supply chain service provider across automotive, consumer, industrial, and retail sectors.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and managing the billing activities carried out in the international service center and addressing escalations
• Driving process improvement of the billing and costing performed by the international service center
• Randomly auditing invoices
• Ensuring and supporting the profitability of shipments

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial or accounting roles
• Fluency in English is a must
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
• Solid working knowledge of Excel
