The Sr. Solutions Architect at ServiceTitan serves as a trusted technical and business advisor to our customers, translating complex operational requirements into scalable, best-practice solutions within the ServiceTitan platform. This role bridges business process design, technical configuration, and customer outcomes, ensuring customers achieve measurable value and long-term success.
Solutions Architects partner closely with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to design, validate, and optimize customer architectures that support growth, efficiency, and adoption across trades.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Architecture & Solution Design
Identify high-friction steps in our own delivery process and own the fix, from intake workbook redesign to repeatable SBET build patterns to automated tenant validation.
Build internal tools, scripts, and templates that reduce setup time implementations.
