Position Overview
What You'll Do: - Build, maintain, and improve backend services that support company-wide functionality
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks (caching, async processing, latency, throughput)
- Reduce technical debt and simplify service architecture for long-term efficiency
- Improve system observability, monitoring, and operational readiness
- Participate in on‑call rotations to support production systems and ensure reliability
- Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and UX teams to deliver scalable features
- Contribute to architectural decisions, service design, and platform evolution
