+ 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.

+ Experience with Dart or Flutter with a track record of successfully shipping high-quality products.
+ Experience navigating codebases and pursuing ambitious performance goals.
+ Experience with programming language implementation/compiler construction.
