Qualifications:

 Male, Female or LGBT

 18 years old and above

 High School Graduate or College Level

 With at least 2-3 years experienced as SEWER



Core Responsibilities:

 Sewing: Operating industrial sewing machines to create or alter clothing and other textile

products.

 Machine Operation and Maintenance: Operating various sewing machines, including single-

needle, overlock, piping machines, edging, gartering and high-speed machines, and potentially

performing basic maintenance or troubleshooting.

 Inventory Management: May be involved in tracking and managing fabric and other materials.

Potential Senior-Level Responsibilities:

Supervision:

Overseeing other sewers, assigning tasks, and ensuring production deadlines are met.

 Training:

Mentoring junior sewers and teaching them sewing techniques.
