Position Overview
Job Description - To assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work including manpower deployment, materials on-site and work schedules.
- Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors on day-to-day operations and technical issues.
- Responsible for all trades of works on-site, including structural, architectural, building, M&E etc.
- Ensure good quality of work and manage defect rectifications.
- Ensure work is done in compliance with design, specifications, safety requirements and related local statutory regulations.
- Check and supervise direct labor/workers including their attendance.
- To monitor materials on-site in order to ensure that the appropriate material is available to meet the construction program.
- Assist in the organizing and sequencing of work.
- Delegate the works and control the projects within the budget and schedule.
