About the role

We’re hiring aSenior SRE for aPlatform Engineering team inside NICE/LiveVox. This is abuilder / owner role: you’ll design and evolve the AWS platform foundations that product engineering teams rely on to run services safely and efficiently.

This isnot a ticket-queue operations job. We’re looking for someone who enjoys ambiguous problems, makes sound engineering decisions, and builds automation to reduce toil long-term.
