We're supporting a large enterprise in the UAE seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, scalability, and maturity of their platform. This is a pivotal role within a growing ServiceNow function driving digital transformation across IT and business services.
Key Responsibilities - Own the ServiceNow platform architecture, roadmap, and governance.
- Lead end-to-end solution design across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and beyond.
- Oversee integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP, Azure, and other key business applications.
- Manage and guide the external implementation partner/MSP to ensure quality delivery and platform alignment with internal standards.
- Establish platform best practices, development standards, and reusability frameworks.
- Act as a strategic advisor to business and IT stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technical delivery and organizational goals.
