• Driving team productivity and taking full responsibility for overall team performance
• Conducting regular performance assessments through strategic team meetings to ensure optimal efficiency and achievement of goals
• Conducting in-depth market and keyword research to develop content and keyword plans that align with organisational objectives
• Setting clear SEO performance goals and utilising key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and assess their success
• Ensuring the efficiency of strategies by devising and executing plans within defined deadlines, always mindful of budget constraints and allocated time resources
• Monitoring and analysing ongoing SEO campaigns, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing strategic adjustments
