The role requires strong functional expertise in SAP HCM, Payroll, and Time Management, combined with experience in global rollouts, multi-country environments, and a proactive mindset toward innovation and AI-driven initiatives. This position operates in close collaboration with global and regional teams, supporting both operational excellence and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities Act as a functional expert in SAP HCM across end-to-end Hire to Retire processes. Participate in Design, Build, and Rollout activities for SAP HCM solutions in global and regional projects. Support and enhance SAP Payroll, including Payroll Control Center (PCC), payroll interfaces, and payroll-related compliance. Lead and support SAP Time Management solutions, ensuring alignment with legal and business requirements.
