Role Overview

We are looking for a specialized  Senior   Salesforce   Field Service (SFS) Engineer  to design, configure, and optimize our field operations platform. In this role, you will be the technical backbone of our ISP dispatch and truck roll operations, ensuring our field technicians are deployed efficiently for fiber installations, upgrades, and repairs.

You will be responsible for tailoring the dispatch console, setting up automated routing optimization, customizing the mobile experience for field crews, and integrating SFS with our order orchestration engines to enable seamless, automated appointment scheduling the moment an order is finalized.
