Position Overview

The Senior Sales Manager will lead new business and expansion growth opportunities for Autodesk’s AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Owners) organization across the Middle East region. This role focuses on driving strategic account expansion, unlocking whitespace opportunities, and accelerating growth within key and multinational customers.

• Lead and empower a team of account executives focused on strategic accounts and expansion opportunities across the Middle East.
• Drive growth through account expansion, cross-sell, upsell, and penetration into high-value customers.
• Ensure team consistently meets or exceeds revenue targets while maintaining strong, high‑quality pipelines.
