What You'll do

• Grow global revenue year‑on‑year.
• Open new markets across luxury brands.
• Build trusted relationships with senior buyers and distributors worldwide.
• Protect the brand's standards: pricing discipline, merchandising, premium presentation.
• Oversee forecasting, order flow, and coordination with logistics and finance.
• Maintain a high‑quality CRM and clear sales dashboards.
• Partner with product, brand, and DTC teams on launches and retail storytelling.
• Lead and develop a small, high‑performing sales team.

What You Should Bring

• B2B sales experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
