Qualification and Requirement
Market and sell company land properties to prospective clients and investors.
Generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing, field marketing, and property exhibitions.
Follow up on inquiries promptly and maintain consistent communication with prospective clients.
Conduct site visits and land inspections with clients to showcase available properties.
Explain land features, location advantages, pricing, payment plans, title documentation, and investment opportunities to clients.
Negotiate and close land sales transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Meet assigned sales targets and performance expectations as set by management.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, client interactions, site visits, and sales activities.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
