Assistant Manager Position

A well-known tyre retailer is looking to employ an Assistant Manager with a minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role and a preferred relevant diploma. The Assistant Manager is responsible for working with employees to achieve operational goals and standards and provides support to the Sales Manager by focusing on the administrative and Human Resources aspects of the management role.

• Plan and Organize Resources
• Build Customer Relations
• Administer Reports/Documents
• Inspect/Test Product & Drive Cars

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / BEHAVIOUR REQUIRED:

• Grade 12
• Valid driver’s license
• Additional relevant qualification would be an advantage
