Position Overview
Responsibilities - Acquire sales via outbound calling.
- Manage follow ups closely with prospect customers.
- Handle customers pre and post enquiries with professionalism.
- Ensure that the monthly targets are met consistently.
- Ensure processes and procedures that conform to the bank’s standards and local regulations are met.
Requirements Qualifications - Diploma holder, with relevant banking experience.
Relevant Work Experience - Possess min. 2 years of sales experience in Telesales, in credit cards sales/personal instalment loan.
