Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Risk Manager to partner with the Energy & Commodities broking business, operating within the Second Line of Defence (2LoD). This role will work closely with Front Office and senior stakeholders to ensure that operational risks are effectively identified, assessed, and managed in line with the firm’s risk appetite and regulatory expectations. The role plays a key part in embedding a proactive, commercially balanced risk culture—supporting business growth and change initiatives while maintaining robust oversight and challenge.
