About The Role
The Senior Revenue Accountant is coordinating billing, revenue automation and accounts receivable processes to ensure accurate invoicing, timely collections and strong financial control. This role plays a key part in managing revenue systems, resolving disputes, supporting audits and driving process improvements across commercial and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the billing mailbox, ensuring timely resolution of queries and prioritisation of urgent issues. Lead the resolution of high-priority billing disputes, including investigation of historical and sophisticated operator matters. Be responsible for and maintain the Revenue Automation Database, ensuring accurate commercial rates, contract terms and amendments are reflected.
