Job title: Senior Residential Support Worker

Location: Hawthorn Avenue Children’s Home – Oswaldtwistle, BB5

Salary: £31,675- £35,425 (depending on experience and qualifications)* 

Earnings: £35,300 - £39,050 (based on 7 sleep ins per month) 

Hours: 40.5 per week 

Annual Leave Entitlement: 251.1 hours

Shift Pattern: 1 shift on, 2 shifts off 

Essential Criteria: Driving Licence* + 12 months residential childcare experience
