Job Overview
Directly oversees the residential advisors on assigned shift or dormitory. Responsible for residential activities within the dormitories providing for maximum program coordination, student safety/wellbeing, discipline, and preparation of records and reports in compliance with government, corporate, and management directives.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Duties:
Evaluates situations and conditions within the dormitories and make decisions or recommendations to maintain a safe, positive, and wholesome environment. Provides staff training and evaluates residential living staff in assigned area.
