• Operational responsibility to handle Life & Non-Life (P&C) portfolio.
• Treaty maintenance, which includes having understanding of treaty/facultative agreement and re-insurance accounting.
• Ensuring timely, accurate and quality assured processing of client data on SAP systems. Capturing and validating client data to support internal requirement for closing and reserving activities.
• Understanding of unearned premium reserves, quarterly analysis of unearned premium reserves (UPR) as per IFRS 4 and local Indian GAAP.
• Monitoring of cash matching and outstanding debtor balance.
• Preparation of annual IRDAI IBNR forms and assisting actuarial valuation team by providing regular reports and inputs which are used for portfolio monitoring, actuarial assumption settings and monitoring emergence o...
