We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for full‑time employees of Western Union, primarily within the APAC region.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end recruiting process, including screening, interviewing, and recommending prospective employees for senior management and below positions based on qualifications, match and cultural fit.
• Use tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other resources to develop and maintain a highly qualified candidate pool.
• Ensure progressive diversity and inclusion within the recruitment and selection process.
• Meet or exceed benchmark satisfaction scores as well as operational and performance goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and candidates to increase trust at every connection.
