We have experienced a huge growth spurt in 2026, and so and we are looking for an in-house recruiter. The recruiter is key within the organization, as they will be tasked with filling roughly 15 – 20 roles within the next 12 months, and more in subsequent years. While they will have direct access to the owners for guidance and mentorship, they will ultimately be responsible for building out the entire hiring and recruiting process from scratch.
