Looking for a responsible and Senior Quantity Surveyor with 4 to 5 years experience. Consultancy experience is a plus, however, contractor firm experience will be considered as well.

Job Description

• Attend onsite and consultants' meetings and liaise with clients, architects and other professional consultants in the running and administration of projects
• Represent the Company in a professional and diligent manner, meeting and corresponding with clients
• Able to understand client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies
• Prepare pre-contract cost estimates, cost plans, budgetary study and project cashflow for the projects
• Measure and takeoff quantities for all structural and architectural elements
• Prepare tender and compile contract documents
