Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Manage both pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying functions.
- Review tender documents, prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
- Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare and manage progress claims, variation orders (VO), extension of time (EOT) claims, and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Administer subcontractor claims and payments.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on contractual and commercial matters.
- Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks throughout project execution.
- Prepare commercial reports and support management on contract-related matters.
Requirements - Minimum 5 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience in the construction industry.
