Position Overview
Resposibilities
Manage pre-contract activities including vendor registration, preparation of tender documents, submission of proposals, bills of quantities (BQ), cost estimation, cost control and budgeting
Develop and implement tendering procedures and contractual arrangements.
Handle post-contract administration, including review of contract documents, assessment of monthly progress claims, certification of subcontractor payments, evaluation of variation orders (VO), and preparation of final accounts.
Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in both pre- and post-contract administration, including assessment of contractual risks, rights and obligations.
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant working experience in quality surveying or related roles
