Position Overview
Principal Responsibilities - Oversee and coordinate tasks assigned to Vendor Coordinators and TPC Coordinators.
- Review prequalification documents (e.g., MAR, PDR, PQD) for all procurement packages.
- Standardize quality requirements in MR/TBE templates; conduct dual reviews for critical procurement packages.
- Lead TPC weekly meetings; attend Procurement Quality Meetings and external procurement-related meetings.
- Develop and implement Procurement Inspection Co‑ordination Procedure.
- Supplier Pre‑Qualification Documents Review.
- Involve quality audit to Vendors/Manufacturers.
- Involve in Kick‑off meeting.
- Participate in Pre‑inspection Meeting.
- Liaise with Third Party Certification and QatarEnergy to ensure their appropriate involvement.
