Position Overview
- 10+ years of experience in QA/Test Management
- Strong expertise in Wealth Management domain (e.g., portfolio management, trading, client onboarding, reporting)
- Proven experience in leading large-scale integration testing programs
- Strong understanding of API testing (REST/SOAP), Middleware and messaging systems, Microservices architecture and Data validation and ETL processes
- Hands-on experience with tools like Test management tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.), API tools (Postman, SoapUI) and Automation frameworks (preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage distributed teams and multiple workstreams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
