The Role

As a Senior Game Designer, you will help create high‑quality games that a broad audience of gamers and casual players can play and love. You will work closely with your team to deliver best‑in‑class gameplay experiences for the largest possible audience of potential players: Netflix members.

You will help figure out which game ideas are worth pursuing, ensuring the games are both fun and easy for anyone to start, but also deep enough to remain interesting. You'll work on creating unique gaming experiences that players can't find anywhere else, with a focus on genres like single‑player puzzle games, as well as word and deduction games.
