Your Job

This role is responsible for managing and executing purchasing activities, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and aligning procurement processes with company goals and objectives.

Our Team

You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including Planning, Production, Delivery Management, Finance, Warehouse & Logistics, Product Management, Sourcing, Project Management, and Quality functions. You will also engage with internal stakeholders across Molex entities as well as external suppliers to support seamless purchasing operations.

What You Will Do

• Manage the end‑to‑end purchasing process (PR to PO to delivery) in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support inventory optimization initiatives (DSI, excess reduction, stock accuracy) and align with departmental KPIs.
