Senior Property and Safety Manager

Location: Ealing / Mobile (covering West London and other areas as required)

Salary: £45,239-£52,382 (starting salary dependent on experience and qualifications)

Contract: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

DBS Level: Standard

As our Senior Property and Safety Manager, you will lead the delivery of high‑quality property and building safety management across a portfolio of tall, complex mixed‑tenanted and commercial buildings. You will ensure that all activities are aligned with landlord obligations and current regulatory requirements, while proactively responding to evolving legislation and consumer expectations.
