We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager

Strong expertise in Agile delivery, Cloud SaaS implementations, and contact centre technologies. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end delivery of a cloud-based contact centre solution, including vendor coordination, enterprise integration, and stakeholder management in a customer-facing environment.

Key Skills & Expertise

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Strong experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Experience working with contact centre technologies (telephony, IVR, CRM integrations)
• Strong knowledge of vendor management and third-party coordination
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Strong communication, stakeholder, and change management skills
