Senior Project Manager - Minor Works

Location: London (Travel required around London)

Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 basic + Corporate Package (Flexible based on experience)

The Opportunity

The Resolute Group has partnered with a premier national client managing over 400 UK assets and an extensive, high-value London property portfolio. Working directly for the asset owner, you will lead their London refurbishment portfolio, overseeing supply chain delivery, enforcing rigorous quality standards, and ensuring strict contract governance.

Managing multiple, low-value (£10k - £5m) projects, based inside the M25, which could be as basic as kitchen fit-outs, Toilet refurbishments, new lighting, and fit-out-led projects. You will be expected to lead on the projects as the client, ensuring the projects are being delivered on time, against budget, with all associated risks being identified and reported.
