EPC Lifecycle Management – Coordinating the entire project execution process across all phases: engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, COD, and handover. Ensuring that technical, contractual, and commercial requirements are met throughout the process.

Planning & Control – Developing and managing schedules, budgets, resource plans, execution strategies, and documentation structures; identifying deviations early and taking targeted measures to secure project success.
